The production line for water heater outer shell combines the world advanced technology with our independent innovation and has become a reliable product. It is composed of automatic loading, punching, side bending, 180° turning-over, rolling, seam&lock, and end rolling and able to process pre-painted VCM or PCM sheet metal. By using PLC and servo motor, the production line is centrally controlled by computer and can realize rapid change of production models.
This equipment is used to process outer shell of water heater including solar water heater and electric water heater.
Sheet metal is processed through loading, punching, side bending, turning- over, rolling, seam&lock, and end rolling before assembly.
A specific designing scheme can be given according to outer shell’s shape and dimensions.
