Tiangong international imported 750 tons precision forging production line from Austria and finished the successful test, now already operated in a production smoothly. With this successful project, Tiangong international in a new year, increased capacity, made product structure adjustment and optimized the technology process.

This 750 tons precision forging production line is precision forging die steel production line, formed by rf35 hydraulic radial forging machines, annular heating furnace, grinding wheel thermal cutting machine and other equipment.  Huadong machinery company was responsible for all installation, commissioning work at the client’s factory, and made a well-done project.

This production Line is used to forge round, round-square and polygonal high-speed steel, titanium alloys, tool steel, stainless and heat-resisting high alloy materials, this forging equipment rated forging force can reach 750 tons, maximum product length can reach 20 designed annual production capacity can reach 30,000 tons and annual output value is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan. Along with 750 ton forging hot test success and smooth operation, it provided strong technical support for improving steel quality, reducing energy consumption, increasing yield rate and production capacity.
