This production line is used to process cabinet shell of kitchen ventilator.
This production line includes automatic loading, punching, sinking shape station, bending station, unloading station and corollary equipment such as pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical system etc.
This production line can achieve Non-operators automatic continuous production without changing molds, the efficiency of continuous production increased more than 40% than changing mold.
The production mode can be settled on the Computer in advance and can be mixed production automatically.
A specific designing scheme can be given according to cabinet shell's shape and dimensions and clients’ request.
